Chromebook
So... my laptop has finally died and I'd like to buy a Chromebook. Been seeing some sorta scary stuff via Google about Crouton, no sound, OS compatibility. What's the deal these days? Anybody out there running on a Chromebook? tanx

Yes, I did see that and didn't like what I saw. :-/ Thanks for verifying that this still holds true.

No sound, no use. Bummer! Back to a full up puter, I reckon....
Well, the crouton approach does work, but it's not for the non-tech-savvy.
