Without knowing more about the context - can you post your score as you have it so far? - I would guess your best bet would be to create that one measure elsewhere then use the Image capture tool (camera icon at right of toolbar) to do a screenshot and paste that into your real score.

I used this methodology for this type of writing like Apple Pages. It would be interesting to have Musescore in the program itself. Good to know that I'm going with the tide. Thank you!
