Copy and Paste
I am having problems with copy and pasting. Whenever I paste my selected measures, the spacing comes out weird and cannot be adjusted. Is there any way to fix this?

You will need to be clearer about what "weird" means. Perhaps attach your score, there are a lot of options on how to fix weird looking measures.
Indeed, copy and paste should normally work completely automatically with respect to spacing - which is to say, spacing should be the same as if you simply entered the notes against manually. Either way, spacing should be standard engraving practice, with half notes taking more space than quarter notes but not twice as much, etc. So if you're having trouble, we would need you to attach your score and describe precisely how to reproduce the problem you are seeing.
Here is the score. I'm unsuccessfully trying to replicate the spacing in the last few lines as those above.

It's still not totally clear which measures you want to copy or where you want to copy them to, but my guess is, the issue has to do with number of measures per line. Your first line has six measures because that's how many fit based on your current score settings for staff size, note spacing, etc. Your second line has meausres with invisible rests to force the line to appear as if it ends before the right margin. If you want that on a subsequent line, simply do the same thing - add empty measures with invisible rests and invisible barlines. Or, better yet, replace those measures with horizontal frames from the Frames palette - that's exactly what they are for.

Forgive me, as I often did not understand much but ...use a section break?

You fixed one of my other problems. The main problem I was having is that when I copied and pasted the doubles check rhythms into the measures below, the spacing between each note did not stay the save as the doubles check section where the note spacing was more compressed.

Also, another quick question, can you select multiple measures at the same time and if so, how? Thanks for all of your help.

With adding CTRL touch, for the following measures, or the MAJ touch for more than 2 measures. First click the first, and then, click the last with MAJ

MAJ = Shift in English. To select multiple measures you have to use shift+click since it's impossible to select non-continuous measures like you can almost everything else.
