jumps
Hi all,
I just copied a piece. It's made with lots of jumps. I thought I copied them all right but the result doesn't fit my expectations. Ca anybody give me a tip?

Try the attached
a) the play count of the measures containing the end repeat bars (right-click, measure properties) was set to 2, needs to get set to 3, 3 and 4, respectively.
b) the repeatlist of the voltas (right click/volta properties) need to start counting from 1. The numbers that are displayed at the voltas are the stanzas, not the real repeats.

Not only are your explanations clear as torrent water but you sent me back my copy corrected!
Let's hope I've understood it for good!
There are still some other points where my understanding has to be improved: the numerous signs DS, DC etc which also bug me. May I give you an example:

I put a segno sign at the beginning and a D.S. at the end. The second time it will play only once.

Select the D.S. and in Inspector tick "With repeats"

Many thanks for your great explanation. I have some suggestions to help clarify this in the handbook (I'm sure I'm not the only one that didn't get it) , and a couple of observations about the score you included and I modified.

Feel free to improve the handbook, you can edit it yourself in a wiki fashion
