Doubling garble effect
Whenever I double a part on two staves, with the same sound (i.e. two trumpets in unison), the resulting sound sounds garbled and tinny. I downloaded MuseScore from entirely scratch on a new computer and did not modify the settings at all.

Can you share the score?

When I tried on a different part of the website (incorrectly placed), no one had the same issue.
It's a pretty normal aspect of the way sound synthesis works that attempting to double the same sound at the same time will lead to audio "phasing" artefacts. The usual workaround is to silence the notes on one of the MIDI tracks (staves. in MuseScore; use the Inspector).

But I never had this issue before :(

Hmm, its been a fact of life for decades, since the early days of MIDI synthesizers. But as suggested before, if you attach your score we can investigate better. Maybe also attach one you don't have a problem with, for comparison.

All of my scores with all sounds (that I'd ever want to use) has this issue. But if you mean that have been previously posted, the most recent score I posted should have plenty of doubling and none of the garbled effect when playing back on the Musescore site.

Do you mean this one: https://musescore.com/user/6125051/scores/5007811?
If so, that's a pretty big score, hard to know where to look. Can you please tell us which specific measures you are having trouble with? Also please tell us which version of MuseScore you are using (see Help / About) and what soundfont(s) you have loaded (see View / Synthesizer). FWIW, I listened to measure 53, with the trumpets soloed, both online and on my own system and didn't hear anything unusual.
I believe I've noticed this only in the last couple of versions. Never got around to reporting it. I'll compare audio from different releases later today.
