people re-loading my work
I'm really troubled by this problem. I uploaded my scores on musescore and I sometimes find people re-uploading my work on youtube. They often title it as "... piano tutorial" or "... piano cover". When I ask them to credit me or remove the video, they told me that if I uploaded it on musescore if free for anyone to use, or that they made the video themselves so it's not my work. I felt really sad, I wanted to share my scores to everyone for free but there are people taking advantage of this. Is there anyway I can stop this? Or anything I can do?

Go to a Lawyer. Or contact YouTube and get them to put those down.
Publishing on musescore.com is not automatically making scores public domain, on the contraty, the default is "All rights reserved", so definitly not free for anyone to use.
However: I don't see any scores from you at https://musescore.com/user/23648761, so I don't quite understand what you're talking about.
And in any case musescore.org is the wrong site four this...

I hide all my scores because I don't want people to re upload my scores anymore. But my scores are cover of songs, they are not my original(?) creation, is it still okay to contact youtube and get them to put those down?

No, as you apparently stole them already, published without explicit permission of the original's copyright holder.
And only that original copyright owner can approach youtube to put them down.

So the OP was asking the same question again in the hope to get a different answer now. Didn't work out that way...

I do realise that I can't ask them to remove the video, so I was hoping if there was anyway to make them stop or see if other users have the same question.

And you found the solution yourself: just don't publish stuff you don't own the copyright
