When playing back what has been written down, at a certain point the tempo gets twice as slow and the audio gets choppy. Could this be due to the amount of instruments in the score at once? Is the program not able to handle a certain amount of parts playing at once? Please help!!

OK, seems it starts at measure 6 , at least for me

Its like a recurring thing. I tried playing through the whole thing then it glitched but after a little it went back to normal only to glitch again.
Playback is fine, latest master, Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, with ALSA.
Which operating system (Mac, Linux, Windows, etc.) are you running MuseScore on, @shall0915?
Is this issue still reproducible?
