How to decrease system distance
I have opened some existing MS Version 2 scores in MS Version 3 but I find that the distance from one system to the next is quite large. I've tried to reduce the distance via Format - Style - Page - Min/Max system distance but there are still a couple of centimetres from one row to the next of empty space. This was easily fixed in MS Version 2 via the above. What's the trick for Version 3? I've also tried Edit - Preferences - Set all preferences to default without luck. Thankyou.

Oh yes. Here's a Christmas carol that used to fit nicely on one page in MS Version 2 but you can see that the staves and systems in this one when converted to Version 3 are so spread apart that it runs over the page. How do I reduce them to be on one page only? This goes for all the hymns I created in Version 2. And thanks for the speedy reply!!

Currently the easiest way I found is to insert from the palette the Staff spacer fixed down. As an inspector you can adjust the dimensions of each (in attachment 15.98sp)
