Stems Displacement and Beam Issues

There are two problems that I noticed in MuseScore 3. One of them is that when an option "Small Stave" is on, note stems get displaced from their position. Another issue is: when I input quavers and I want them to be connected, semiquavers and etc. the beam remains singular (one for semiquavers instead of two). This is not the issue when I input only one single quavers. This is also a "Small Stave" problem. I've attached an example project below along with screenshots.
