Multiple problems: playback not responding to jumps anymore; fretboard diagrams; exporting parts
The first few days when I'd play back, the segno, D.S., coda, etc., were working fine; now they are completely ignored.
When editing fretboard diagrams, I'll make a barre but then the next time I open the file, the barre is erased.
When exporting parts and using MuseJazz Text font, the individual parts look fine but the master score just has curly lines, not notes (see attached).

I didn't. I must have accidentally clicked on it to disable it, because it had worked before. Is that a new button in version 3? Anyway, it's working now. Thanks very much for the help. If you know what to do about the export parts and fretboard diagram problems, I'd appreciate it.

That button isn't new, and I haven't yet looked at the other two issues, esp. for the last detailed steps would help

Here's what the export of parts comes out looking like.
Also, in the first line the Eb7 and D7 chords are supposed to be barre chords. Whenever I close the document and open it again, the barres are gone from the fretboard diagrams.

The barré issue looks like a bug too, feel free to report in the issue tracker

FYI, I fixed the "export PDF issue" in December. It works for me in (OS: macOS 10.14, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.2.20666, revision: 8ca4d2c).
Did you try "Revert to factory settings"? If it doesn't solve the issue, we will need more info about your OS and printers info in particular.
