Is this in the program?
If you know the song "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" or you play the flute they will help... so i have my piece of music "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" and it goes "when are you gonna come dowwwwwwn" and kinda goes flat... which you can do on a flute by rolling it in... but how do i add that into my score?

Use a Fall from the Apreggios and Glissandos advanced palette to notate it. You can use the bend in the Articulations and ornaments palette and edit that to make it sound better.

The fall is next to wavy glissando in the palette. If you don't see it in your program then look at the bottom of the palettes. If it says Basic, then click that and look at the Arpeggios and Glissandos palette.

It sounds like the one you used was on the left, the one I meant is on the right. It is only a decoration at this point, so you will need to use a bend in the articulations and ornaments palette to make it play back right. The bend is the last item in the palette ad you'll probably want to make it invisible since the fall tells the musician to flatten the note.

The fall is identified in this picture. Apply this to a note to indicate the musician is to faltten in as they play the note.
I circled the bend in the Articulations palette. Apply that to the note, edit it according to https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/bends and make it invisible. This is so it will play correctly.

Open this in MuseScore:
Flute_bend.mscz
Go to menu item: View and put a check in the 'Show Invisible' box. You will see the bend. Right click on it to see 'Bend Properties'.
Since the bend is going down, I changed the tuning of the E5 whole note in the Inspector.
