Extra Large MusicXML File

Hi, gang!!!

I wonder why I got an extra large musicxml file, exported from MuseScore 3.0.2???

This is an original standard MIDI file, downloaded from Internet, which I'm "translating" to MuseScore.

But... When I exported it... I got a more than 15 MB size file!!!

It is "weird" (as minimal).

Why??? Can I fix this??? How???

If someone wants to help me, please, I added the standard MuseScore file to be converted into an uncompressed musicxml file... Please!!!

This is normal behaviour. Your .mscz file is a lot smaller than your.xml because the first one is compressed, the last one is not and the underlying format is text-based and very verbose. Thus you are comparing apples and oranges.

Simply save as compressed musicxml (.xml) and the size reduces to similar to the .mscz file.
