By decreasing the scaling, see: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/page-settings#scaling
Most of my orchestral works are changed to paper size A4 with a scaling near 1 mm to allow all of the instruments on the longest page. Check them out at https://musescore.com/user/6105546

Why not taking A3 paper?

Fat fingers, I use A3 not A4 for large orchestral scores.
