In MS2 I use Styles menu to set bar numbers. In MS3 the Styles menu is blank. Do I need to install a style and if so how?

Thanks Mike. "Revert to Factory settings" works, that is a style menu now appears. Since this is a fairly new installation I don't know how the settings would have changed.

For some unknown reason, some people's style dialog has moved off the visible screen with the 3.0.5 update.
