Note not played when overlapping from different clefs/voices
Hi,
I recently upgraded to Musescore 2.1.0 (871c8ce) and noticed that during playback notes that overlap from different clefs or voices are not played anymore.
For example, when adding an A4 whole note in the treble clef of the piano any A4 in the Bass Clef while be silent during playback. Identical behavior with different voices in the same measure.
Example: The two marked notes are silent during playback:
How can one I make them being played? In an old version of Musescore on my Laptop this is still the case.

Upgrade to version 2.3.2. or even 3.0.5. This was a bug that's been fixed. You may have difficulty hearing the note being played again if this is on an instrument where the note does not decay like an organ.

Thanks a lot for the fast reply, I upgraded to 3.0.5 but the problem still persists.
I also created a completely new score and tried it with a piano, which showed the same behavior.

Sorry, I was not aware that the standard repositories of Ubuntu 18.04 had such an old version. Added the Musescore PPA and then got 3.0.5.
OS: Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.0.5., revision: 58dd23d
I have the same problem also with your file. Exporting to .mp3 shows same behavior.
It does not seem to be connected to my Audio setup, since when I start the playback from the notes in question they are muted as well.

Could it be a soundfont issue? It certainly does play on Windows 7 using the default soundfont

Ok, it seems the Musescore version in the repositories is the problem.
I can confirm that on Windows 10 there is NO issue (3.0.5. 58dd23d)
On Ubuntu with the AppImage there is NO issue (3.0.5. 58dd23d)
On Ubuntu using the repositories the problem IS there (3.0.5. 58dd23d)
I was using ppa:mscore-ubuntu/mscore3-stable, is this still maintained or should
I switch over to using AppImage from now on?
Thanks a lot for the help.

It is all the same commits. Dífference might be the soundfonts that go along with them?

I actually copied the soundfont from Windows to my Ubuntu installation, overriding the
original soundfont. The problem was still there...
