Changing the kind of files to open

Hi, Gang!!!

I use MuseScore 3.0.5 (not the Portable AppImage) in Ubuntu Studio 18.04.2 LTS (64 bit Linux).

I wonder if I missed something in the way, but... Any time I open a file, with MuseScore, I get the "All compatible files" kind of file into that box...

Is there a way to change this behaviour and get MuseScore shows me ONLY the standard *.mscz files? ???

It is intended to avoid to open *.mid, *.pdf, and other formats which, even the fact MuseScore can open, is not my intention to open.

No such option exists. While for export MuseScore does store the last format used and defaults to it next time, for open/import it does not. Call it a bug if you like ;-)
