Diminuendo on one note
So I am using MS 3.1, and the crescendo on a single note works perfectly (yayyy!)
however the diminuendo on one note does nothing.
How do i get this to work?

Same way, seems to work for me?
I bet you got it wrong by setting the velocity increment to something negative instead of the posiitve number it wants (for both cresc. and dim.).

What do you mean? The velocity of the "forte" is 90 and the "pp" is 36...
nothing is happening for the diminuendo

But do you have a velocity change set for the hairpin? And is it an instrument actually capable of this? Won't work for piano, for example.

Attach the problem score so we can look at it. You're missing something and we need to see the score to know what.
