Ok Jojo!
I learned correctly and safely.
Would you have any setting when inserting fix only in one staff and not both simultaneously?
Thank you again.

Is there a way for symbols to be fixed only to one staff?

If you want staves to be really independent, you should simply add a TAB staff, not a linked TAB staff, when you create your score (or now/after, if desired).
But in this case, you will have to copy-paste the content from one to the other. Advantages and disadvantages, depending on your practice and preferences.

Not with linked staves, as that's the whole point about them.
Hiding them all in one staff is easy enough: right-click one, select all similar elements in same staff, V, voila
