Auto renew charged my account 3 days before the schedule
I started my 7-day free trial on 9/10/2019, which sends me a notice about the subscription to be automatically charged on 17/10/2019. However, my account was apparently charged a $49 annual price in 14/10, which is 3 days before both the end of trial and the date specified on your confirmation email. I am now asking for a refund, and screenshots or other evidences can be provided if needed.
Edit: Sorry I got confused with dates. The trial was started on Sep 10, and same day I got an email stating the account would be charged on Sep 17, however the auto renew happened on Sep 14. The request has been set to Musescore support team as well.

9/10 is September 10th in the US but October 9th in the UK ;-)
Are those dates correct? It is not yet October.
