As I looked into my settings I found a notice, about my credit-card: "Oops. Looks like your card was declined. Try another payment method"
The payment was received in May 2019, next payment will follow in May 2020.
This I sent to musescore and a Paula Abdul told me tha t You can help me, so please help me
So I ask kindly, what is the problem? Please help.

At least, I unintetionly might have cancelled the suscription a minute ago, but the problem with the scores started about 3 days ago.
Than You for helping,

There is no pro account here on musescore.org, but on musescore.com, so you need to contact them over there, like email to support@musescore.com. Here nobody can help you with this.

But isn't it amazing that "Paula Abdul" is sending paying customer over here? /s

If indeed she did send the OP to musescore.org's forum for a pro account issue that'd be a plain and simple mistake.
To the OP: please note that the folks behind support@musescore.com do not work 7*24 and that should should give them 2 businessdays for replying.
If she did so because of the "can't upload" issue, it might not be totally wrong though.
To the OP: have you tried to use File > Save Online... from within the MuseSAcore program on your PC?

"Sorry, I followed the link she sent me." - and anybody wounders why this forum is flooded with muscore.com problems?
Why would "can't upload" (to the musescore.com website) be "not be totally wrong though" ?

a) because if File > Save Online... doesn't work too it might be a MuseScore program issue
b) we had certain scores that never finished uploading due to them triggering bugs in exporting to SVG, PNG, MIDI, MusicXML or PDF, resulting in crashes not only of the MuseScore backend, but also directly in the MuseScore propgram on the PC

Sorry, I followed the link she sent me.
But the upload-problem has appeared long before, ( on Wndows 7 and 10 systems), first I had to press "Upload" very often until I could upload, now nothing happenes exept: when I open Musescore with my mobile telephone and press "Upload", then the Upload- site opens, but I don't know how to get the files on the telephone.
But thank You for answering and the link, have a nice weekend,
Helmut

Problems with uploading to musescore.com directly again is something to be dealt with there, like in https://musescore.com/groups/improving-musescore-com/, and in fact is being mentioned there already, see https://musescore.com/groups/improving-musescore-com/discuss/5048900
