Unlike back in #293981: double ampersand in palette names I do not see this in a development build.
I believe this might be due to 3.2.3 andf 3.3RC to share their configuration and setup directories and therfor also their translation updates?
Try to update translations for 3.3RC.
And/or switch from System to English (US)
Or is this due to them sharing custom workspaces? Custom Workspaces created in 3.2.3 or earlier would have those double ampersand, and should show those in 3.3

Sure, may be due to sharing custom workspaces between 3.2.3 and 3.3 RC2.
Their translations (of the users) has been updated via ressource manager (as I can see in their screenshots).
Therefore, this behavior does not exist with 3.3 RC.
Is a good way to remove the custom workspaces in 3.2.3 ?
And recreate a clean custom workspace in 3.3 RC2 ?

OK, translations behavior between custom workspaces from 3.2.3 and 3.3 RC2 confirmed.
Delete those custom workspace and recreate them in 3.3 RC2 solve the problem.
That mean, we need to remove all custom workspaces in the 3.2.3 and create them only in 3.3 RC2
So no issue there.
To get rid of old workspaces either delete them manually or revert to factory settings
"Reset palette" action from palette context menu should also work, that could help to avoid deleting the entire workspace.

Thanks Dmitrio, I will transmit in the French forum.
Edit: Tested by French users, your method is easy and working.
Thanks a lot.
You can also right click the palette name, choose palette properties and rename the palette with only one &, that's what I did.
