Guitar Chords
Is it possible to use MuseScore to write chord notation for Guitars? (I'm looking to write an arrangement with a guitarist playing chords that will sound as chords during playback)

If you mean you want to write chord symbols (like C7, etc) and have MuseScore figure out appropriate playback for you, there is nothing like that currently, although that feature may be coming in the near future. Meanwhile, you can certainly add a staff and put the notes of the chords on it yourself for the playback purposes.

Thanks, Marc. Yeah, I can spell the chords myself; it will just take longer. One more question: What about the text for advanced chords--e.g. Cm7(b9) or A7(b9,b5)?
