What do you mean exactly? Play A then 1st ending, A again then 2nd ending, A again but skip to a 3rd ending? Or are you looking for DS al Coda or something similar??
I have a repeat but I want a solo in that repeat to only play the second time through the repeat. So I want the section to play through once without the solo then reach the repeat and go back through playing the solo.
Right. So add some text explaining your intent to the human musicians who will read your score (like, "second time only). As mentioned above, MuseScore won't understand, but humans will, and tha'ts what's important for a notation program.

I have, I was just curious to see if there was a way to do such for the MIDI
Look at the second line in this example:
Repeat_with_no_volta.mscz
Measure 2 plays a "second time through a repeat without a first and second ending".
