copy and paste errors voltas, etc.
When copying music that has voltas, and repeat barlines and double bars. These aren't copied and pasted at all. The (R) repeat command doesn't copy and paste these items either.
Shouldn't all elements be copied and pasted?

Should, yes, but don't currently. See #165746: Request option to copy system elements with copy/paste (ALL ELEMENTS)
Additional information: I found that it copies everything on the same score, if you add another instrument or instruments, above or below. But it won't copy voltas, or barlines to measures forward. Sibelius does the same type copying and paste function too. Probably Finale. It would be nice for volunteers to add this feature in copying and paste to measures forward.

Well, no, it does not, not really. Those elements are system elements, so apply to all staves in a system anyhow.
