Last question
the Fermata is holding the note with Vibrato right?
and I can hold the note longer than the note value, right?

A femata holds the note as longs as the director wants.
Although it doesn't explicitly say so, might make more sense to think of this as being in 6/8 or 12/8

It would sound the same, it would just be more correct rhythmic notation. But if you want to see/hear for yourself, just drag a 6/8 or 1/28 from the Time Signatures palette to the first measure of the score.
