adding instruments
I'm making a score and need a square synthesizer for it, but that instrument doesn't appear in my instruments list. is there a way to download it or something else?

Which version of MuseScore?
In which language (instrument names are translated)?
Have you (knowingly) changed your instruments.xml file?

search for their Dutch names then "Elektrische piano" and "Blokgolf synthesiser"
thanks all, changing the language did the trick.

But not needed. See above, just search for the translated names. Or don't use the search at all, but just switch to all instruments and scroll until you find them
FWIW, though, although there does happen (inexplicably, to me) to be a "square synthesizer" instrument, that isn't really the name of an instrument. The instrument is just a synthesizer. Square wave is a particular sound that synthesizer can make, normally you'd select individual sounds in the Mixer, not expect a separate instrument for each sound.
