Comment est-ce que je peux ajuster le tempo après avoir commencé ma partition.
Aussi, comment j'ajoute une armure?

See the online Handbook under Tempo to learn the various ways of controlling tempo (basically, double-click the existing tempo marking, or add a new one from the palette). Not sure what "armure" refers to, but maybe that is a term also covered in the French version of the Handbook.
