Load Error for foreign characters

The error stated "Cannot read file (folder\file.mscz): The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax was incorrect." I am using Windows 10 and I've only tested Chinese and Japanese characters that exhibit this problem.

Some workarounds that I have found out were moving the file in a different directory with no foreign characters or changing the filename to some alphanumeric name, and manually dragging the file into the MuseScore window (regardless of whether it's a file or directory issue).
