Even though these elements are optional in the MusicXML spec, they are required for correct import by a braille music translation software, see #299759: [Musicxml Export] - Bad note value export in nested tuplet.
Relates to #270643: [EPIC] MusicXML import/export issues.

Example Mscz and correct XMl files are provided. The XML file was exported from Sibelius, using the same music.

I have the exact same output problem on version 3.6.2
Should have been fixed in 3.5, so this might be a new issue?
Won't be able to tell though without the score
