Notation in real time
I compose strictly by ear, and produce large orchestral pieces that include mega choirs. I am seeking a simple way to get notation in real time, so that as I play the digital piano or synth that I have, the notation will be documented in standard format with capability to print out, WITHOUT HAVING TO INPUT ANYTHING. Does this capability exist in Musescore?
Can anyone recommend what the best way to go here would be?

You could use a sequencer to create your music via MIDI then import the resulting file. However, if you are expecting a program to turn anything you play into readable notation, I'm afriad you will be very disappointed in the results. Or rather, the musicians trying to play such automatically-transcribed music will be very disappointed. there are far too many decisions about basic matters like how to spell accidentals, how to notate rhythms or how to assign notes to staves or vocies within staves that pretty much require huiman interaction in order to produce meaningful results.
That is to say, for any given passage you play, there is no single correct way to notate it - just lots of different approximations, some of which might be more readable but less correct, others more "correct" but less readable, etc, and there exists no computer algorithm that can produce good results in anything on the scale you are talking about. It's bascially like asking Siri to transcribe an entire novel, while talking in a loud crowded room, and then asking Google to translate it into another language.
