Time Signature Division

Greetings. I am new to the forum, and it was recommended that I ask around here regarding my score.
I have been using MuseScore for roughly a year now. I will typically start something in FL studio, then export the MIDI to drop it into MuseScore and finish it there.
The short version of my problem is that sometimes my note length does not line up to measures how I would like. I write hymns, and the one I started yesterday would look nicer in 4/4, but it is currently in 4/2--that is, all of the note lengths are twice as long as they really need to be.

Is there a simple way for me to divide all of the note values and replace my 4/2 score with 4/4 notations?
