Dynamics?
I've just started writing a score and I haven't taken any classes in this. That being said, I have a question.
Do you have do write a dynamic marking under EVERY instrument in a score if every instrument is playing at the same dynamic? Or just the bottom one?

All of them. Because different instruments can have different dynamics. And in any cas,e the dynamic will need to appear on each instrument's individual part - musicians don't normally read from the full score.

Marc, I agree that the musicians don't look for dynamics in someone else's staves but the inspector (F8) shows that dynamics can apply either to the whole system (e.g. all instruments), a part (instrument, e.g. two piano staves or one violin stave) or a single stave.

Right, I was answering the question about correect music notation in general, not about how one can convince MuseScore to playback nonstandard notation. Although MsueScore can do this in its own internal playback, it won't work for real musicians, so I don't recommend it.
