Tie a note when using 2nd ending.....

The tie at the second ending does not work... I found a way to cosmetically apply it.
Maybe add that as a feature. it is a pretty common occurrence.

How did you cosmetically apply the tie end? I don't care about playback, but I'd like to achieve the correct appearance. What's the trick?

Tying to an invisible grace note is one method, using the tie glyph from the Symbols palette is another. adding a slur and manually adjusting is another.
There are some glitches in note input where certain sequences of entering notes, tying them, and deleting them can accidentally leave you with a one-sided tie, but it's indeterminate if this will always survive a save/load or further editing, so I don't recommend relying on quirks like that.
