CD recording
I want to record my work on CD to be played back on normal CD player. I am old and not understanding of new technology. I have discovered that *.wav files do not play back on CD player. Help please.

Creating a data CD with WAV files on it won't play on a CD Player, you need to create an Audio CD instead. Nothing to do with MuseScore, except maybe for the creation of the WAV fiiles.

To elaborate - the program you used to create the CD should give you two different options: create a data Cd or an audio CD. You need to choose the audio option. You will still start from the WAV file, but the program will then convert it to the form it needs to be in for audio.
BTW, most CD players these days *do* play data CD's, at least if they contain nothing but WAV or MP3 files. But I guess some olders ones probably don't.
