playback not working

Hello. I can't make playback work on my computer. Please can anyone help. I have looked at previous posts but my I.t. Skills are limited. What I really need is someone to show me stage by stage using step by step instructions. Or preferably using an animation or screen shots. Can anyone help? Alison Mitchell
