I would like to know HOW TO add text to the current Footer. I want to add "All Rights Reserved."

Add that to the copyright in Score Properties, see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/score-properties. via the settings in https://musescore.org/en/handbook/layout-and-formatting#style-edit-gene… it'll end up in the footer

Thank you. For my MuseScore version it's under File-->Info.

Yes, that menu had changed name, I believe between 2.0.2 and 2.0.3
