3) Go in Bb Clarinet part (disable MM rests) -> right-click on the first measure -> Measure Properties -> Actual duration: 2/4 -> Ok

For sure. Steps, eg:

1) New score for Flute and Bb Clarinet
2) Generate parts -> New all -> Ok
The .mscz file at this step: test score.mscz
3) Go in Flute part (disable MM rests) -> right-click first measure -> Measure properties -> Actual Duration: 1/4 -> Ok
4) Go now in Bb Clarinet part (disable MM rests)
5) This step is not necessary to get the crash - you can do step #4 and then step #6.
But just for seeing the corruption: simply delete (Del) the first measure -> Undo (worse, see empty second measure)
6) Now, always in this Bb Clarinet part: Delete (Ctrl + Del) the first measure

Result: crash
