The Sarangi is not a part of the General MIDI instrument list, which is why MuseScore doesn't have the sound built-in.
You can try and look for a soundfont that has the Sarangi and then use that soundfont with MuseScore. See also this handbook page on how to use soundfonts: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/soundfont
