Slight horizontal offset of notes
In notating polyphonic classical guitar music, I need to be able to move a note slightly right or left so that its stem clears the notehead from another voice [one of the few things Finale made easy]. Is there a way to do this in musescore?

Just double-click on the note head, then use the left and right arrow keys.

Thanks for your prompt reply to my query! I now see that double-clicking allows one to fine-tune the placement of other objects. I believe I can now bid Finale goodbye!

Use Ctrl right and left arrows for much finer movements.

This only moves note heads, detaching it from the stem. The stem is unmovable. This is not a solution.

Use the inspector and the vertical offset of the chord, not the note
