Note in wrong place in time, cannot move w/ double click.

Attached is a copied fragment from a piece I am working on. It is a real copy.

I am using various voices.

Examination of the bass part, "and" of 1, shows that the dotted quarter "Db" is not lined up properly. I have been unable to correct this, either by re-writing the note or trying to move it via double-click. and suspect that the bar is corrupted . I am just going to re-writing the bar in an inserted bar will solve it that way,
