System ending box

There once was a way to insert a line ending (staff/system ending) indication directly from the keyboard instead of having to drag one from the Breaks and Spacer palette. (This is the green box with the arrow inside.) You would do something like highlight the measure then press Ctrl/Enter (or something similar).

Either this feature no longer exists or I have forgotten how to do it. (I am using MuseScore 1.1 under Windows 7.)

Does anyone know?
