Running Musescore from a Mac to a PC

I downloaded Musescore onto my Mac and saved it to a flash drive, but can't find a way to make it run on a PC. (The PC is not mine, and I can't get an administrator to approve downloading the program.) I only own a mac. I was wondering if it is possible to run the same program on both operating systems, and if not, could I have the program for both computers on the flash drive and have them share the same file. Any feedback is appreciated.
