Headphone phenomena...
So, I'm on the latest version of musescore on Mac OS X Sierra and I use my headphones with musescore, but, when I open musescore then plug in my headphones, it uses my MacBooks' Internal Speakers, same thing happens when I unplug then replug while the application is open, please someone help me.

Are your headphones USB connected? If so, you may need to plug them in first, then turn on MuseScore. I don't if it applies or not, but (for instance) USB midi keyboards have to be turned on before booting up MuseScore, otherwise MuseScore doesn't recognize them. The same thing may apply.
Check your selected sound device under Preferences→I/O. MuseScore doesn't automatically change that if you plug in a new device AFAIK.
If you have a 'default' device, that *might* help and then the switch *could* be covered by your OS.
