Hi,
in 1.2, under Preferences->I/O: "PortAudio" is translated there as "Porta Audio", which I believe should remain "PortAudio", since that's a library.
I'd add "libreria" at the end, but the original English text is just "PortAudio", so that wouldn't be right.
In 2.0 I can't say how it's translated, since in Preferences->General under Language I only see "System".

Translation of 2.0 has not yet started. I believe it currently uses an older version of the 1.2 translations, so is outdateted and incomplete in many parts.

That's fine :)

I've corrected the translation. Wait a day or so before you download and test the new language file from http://translate.musescore.org/translate/languages/it/download

Translation will start as soon we have a rather stable beta release out. So for now, hold your horses :)
Then comes: "at my signal, unleash hell "?

If you like, I can do some reviewing of the translations being done.
