[MusicXML] Pages incorrectly exported if in Continuous View

1. Open score.
2. 'Continuous View'.
3. 'Export'.
4. 'MusicXML'.
5. 'Save'.
6. Open MusicXML in either Harmony Assistant 9.6.2, or Finale NotePad 2012r1.

Expected result: Neither Page View or Continuous View are exported.
Actual result: The Continuous View is exported and appears in these programs.

Discussion: Step 6 doesn't apply to MuseScore.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (5499) - Mac 10.7.3.
