I don't think there is internal support for multi-voice arpeggio, so this will need to be addressed first: #23100: Snap To for glissando
Or rather #206561: Cross-voice arpeggio broken or #65806: Allow correct playback of cross-staff/voice arpeggios
How about if multi-voice arpeggios are indicated as being long or multi-voice or something to that effect in the musicXML?

Do we know that MusicXML supports this at all? They probably do, but it would be nice to verify.
In reply to Do we know that MusicXML… by Marc Sabatella
It is not mentioned explicitly in the documentation. The only relevant text fragment is:
The number attribute can be used to distinguish between two simultaneous chords arpeggiated separately (different numbers) or together (same number). When a number-level value is implied, the value is 1 by default.
Assuming simultaneous chords implies different voices, this suggests to me multi voice arpeggios would be supported when explicitly mentioning the same number.
Also checked the MakeMusic forum archive, multi voice arpeggios are not mentioned at all.
