fingerings
Hi: Thought I would submit this report on fingerings.
The guitar fingerings appear above the staff line, but second letterings (above them) it's under the first ones. This makes it difficult to line them evenly above each other. As you can see in my scores for 11-15. I think you'll get the idea. If the system could place them once moved near the new position-it would be nice.

I'm not sure what you are talking about here. Please attach the score you are having trouble with and give precise steps to reproduce the problem. Guitar fingers should be fairly reasonable by default in most cases, although to be sure sometimes manual adjustment can be helpful.
I guess you are talking about your scores at https://musescore.com/user/15992546
If so, then I'm still confused. I am not an expert on guitar notation, but I don't understand the meaning of putting two fingerings on the same note. If one was a RH fingering indication and the other LH, or one was actually, a string number, I'd understand better, but the layout would be different in those cases.
As it is, the system is placing both fingerings in the correct position - it's just that since you have two fingerings on the same note for some reason, they overlap. Presumably you intend to move one or the other, so simply move it first, before adding the second. Or am I misunderstanding something?
Note the MuseScore 3 will have some automatic collision avoidance so markings will automatically move out of the way of each other. But even then, there is no guarantee they will move to the specific place you desire, especially when doing non-standard (?) things like attaching two fingerings to the same note. So you'll probably still need to do some manual adjustments.
Two fingerings (eg: i, m) on the same note, indeed, it is not orthodox for a common score.
This happens in methods for beginners (hence the term "exercises"): you practice a serie of notes, or a scale, beginning with the forefinger. Then you re-begin, starting with the middle finger, or by the ring finger alternating with the middle finger. In short, nothing special.
The solution indeed is to input the first serie (i, m, i etc.) then , modify the vertical offset (all similar elements) via the Inspector, and then enter the second serie (m, i, m, etc.)
@Thomas Wall. I do not think that this thread has its place in the Issue Tracker, devoted to problems recognized as such. In the future, please, first post your queries in a forum.
And I think also it is better to classify this one right now as "by design"
yes those ones! There will be more like it as well.
Here is an example. you can see fro the pic what I am referring to.
