lyrics under all of the notation

is there possible to add lyrics under all of the notation, I mean something like this: http://www.partitionsdechansons.com/miniatures/dream%20a%20little.jpg ?
and if it is, then how?

Yes it is. Create -> Bars -> Append Vertical Frame. Right-click on the frame and Add -> Frame Text. Type in your text and then drag it across to the desired position when you are finished.
