Score won't open
I am trying to open one of my songs.... I'm just getting a blank page with nothing--zero on it.
I tried looking for the backup files.. but Musescore says that it wont open the file because it doesn't support .mscz, files

The file you found with the comma at the end is the backup file.
In order to use it, you will need to rename it to end in ".mscz" (without the comma). Since it's probably in the same directory as your original score, you'll need to give it a unique filename, too.
Then you have a better chance of MuseScore being able to open it.

And notice that Windows by default hides known extension from the user, IMHO a very stupid and even dangarous feature.
