Missing instruments in banner
Instruments are entered in the main body of the score but do not appear on the banner header or in play.
How do I over come this problem?

And where is the problem?
If you want the Instrument names to show on the parts, go to Style/General.../Parts and untick 'Hide Instrument names if there is only one'

Checked that but instruments do not appear this mans that I cannot view Bb Bass and 2nd Cornet in their own page.

Hmm, you have not generated parts for all instruments
